I started in the legal profession more than 20 years ago, but my career hasn't followed a straight line. Along the way, I've worked everywhere from the courtroom to private practice, with a few meaningful stops outside the legal profession that shaped my perspective just as much. Every experience has taught me something about leadership, communication, organization, and what it takes for people and teams to thrive.

I've supported attorneys, judges, legal teams, and professional organizations. I've also led teams outside the legal world, experiences that reinforced a lesson I continue to see today: great organizations aren't built on titles or job descriptions. They're built by people who care about doing the work well and helping those around them succeed.

Those experiences shaped the way I think about professional development and ultimately inspired me to create The Supporting Case.
